Upon arrival for your tattoo or piercing, you must have a valid government identification (drivers license, military ID, or passport)
It is unlawful in Georgia to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. We do not accept parental consent as consent for tattoos.
For minor piercings, a legal guardian must be present. We require a government issued ID for both the parent and the minor, and a birth certificate to tie the two together.
In the event that the legal guardian is not the parent, government issued proof of guardianship must be provided along with identification for the minor and guardian.
Deposits are non-refundable and cover the appointment date and time of your tattoo.
Deposits cover one redraw of the design and one reschedule.
For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a forfeit deposit.
Cancellations will result in a forfeit deposit.
48 hour notice is required to reschedule with the first deposit. Failure to notify your artist within 48 hours of rescheduling will result in a forfeit deposit.
Drawings are not provided prior to your appointment, make sure to allow extra time for any changes that may need to be made to your design at the time of your tattoo.
Do not show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service or any reason we deem necessary.
Please make sure to eat and hydrate prior to arrival for your tattoo or piercing, it is advised not to drink heavily the night before your appointment, and to follow all aftercare instructions given by your artist.
